So Pressie designs each set of press-ons after the order has been placed and your custom measurements have been given. With that being said, please allow 3-7 days for your nails to be created. Note that the processing time differs from shipping time, and will require an additional few days after completion to have your order shipped to you.
Our team wants to assure you that you will be updated on the process of your order every step of the way. You will receive an email confirmation once (1) your order has been placed, (2) your nails have been created, and (3) your package has been dispatched or has arrived to its destination
At this moment, So Pressie only offers shipping within Canada, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom. The despatched order will prompt an email order confirmation that will contain your tracking information. Don't forget to check your 'junk' inbox in case you missed our email. Please note that So Pressie is not liable for the service interruptions of third party shipping suppliers. As such, we are not responsible for missing or delayed packages once an order has left our despatch.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
So Pressie currently does not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do allow exchanges up to 1 hour after your order has been placed.
If you happen to change your mind on the nail design, you may choose another design of equivalent or greater value. Simply send us an email at email@example.com with your order # and tell us the name of the set you would like instead. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange once creation has begun designing the nails or after it has been shipped out, so please choose carefully.
So Pressie understands that things may go wrong or that people change their minds. Orders that are cancelled within 1 hour of your purchase are guaranteed cancellation. Cancellation is not possible once creation has begun or after it has been shipped out, therefore any cancellation requests submitted after the specified time limit are not guaranteed and may be denied.
At this time, there is no method for the customer to manually cancel their order. Please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # to request cancellation. If your set has not begun creation, your order will be cancelled. If it has, your request will not be fulfilled and the nails will be created and shipped out. Our team tries our best to deliver your items as soon as possible, so we ask that you be mindful to our policies.
So Pressie is not responsible for wrong sizing. We strongly advise that you order a sample kit to ensure accurate measurement.
